The seminar in Bangladesh was very successful. I visited Bangladesh because Mr. Hasan, President of World Party Bangladesh, invited me. I will visit countries where there is a branch if following conditions are fulfilled. 1. At least, 10 people gather. 2. I can speak at least 10 minutes. 3. I can distribute documents such as "World Party Declaration" http://www.w-g.jp/wp/conv-wp/dec-wp.htm There are proposals of seminar in following countries. World Party Algeria As for Algeria, we cannot visit Algeria as shown in the following page. https://www.anzen.mofa.go.jp/info/pcareahazardinfo_14.html . Namely, we are not allowed to enter Algeria due to political situation. Mr. Abdelli Mohamed Amokrane, World Party Algeria, sent me a following message on 7 November 2018.
In the future, we may be able to visit Algeria. World Party India Dr. Lalit Kumar, World Party India, gave me a following message on 6 November 2018.

So, I made very rough design and forwarded it to Facebook or members of World Party, etc.
Mr. Nashiru Abdulai, World Party Ghana, Vice-President of World Party. gave me a following comment on Facebook.
Some people may object to the design of flag. So, we must be prudent in deciding the flag. Dr. Lalit Kumar, World Party India, gave me a following comment.
We will take months for considering the flag. The design of flag will be, considering all comments, modified and decided in the near future. Third World Party Convention It is scheduled that the Third World Party Convention is held in Nepal in 2019. The most important object of the Convention is to adopt the World Party Declaration. Members of World Party can write their opinion. The World Party Convention is recognized regardless of the number of participants if it is announced at least one year before the Convention and the venue is not difficult to access as compared with other venues. This is stipulated in the Word Party Statute. All the Directors (seven including the President) and Ms. Rita Malakar will be invited to the Convention in 2019. Invited Directors and guest will be from the World Party Japan, the World Party Ghana, and the World Party Bangladesh. Ms. Rita Malakar is not a Director. But she is the principal of an orphanage in Bangladesh. I am expecting that her children will stand for the election of national parliament of Bangladesh. In 11-15 May 2018, Editor (Toshio Suzuki, President of World Party) visited Nepal for preparation. I met people who will organize the Convention in 2019. They are Mr. Santosh Sharma, Mr. Puskar Jangam, Mr. Daman Basnet, and Mr. Roshan Krishna Nyachhyon. We exchanged information and opinion. They will hold the Convention in October 2019. The Convention will help promoting the movements for establishing the World Federation and will help promoting their business. As stipulated in the Branch List of World Party, members are classified into four ranks shown as follows. A. Registered with the next World Party Convention and paid-up as a member of each branch of World Party. B. Registered with the next World Party Convention but not paid-up as a member of each branch of World Party. C. Not registered with the next World Party Convention but paid-up as a member of each branch of World Party. D. Not registered with the next World Party Convention and not paid-up as a member of each branch of World Party. Or, other.
Thus, preparation is going on slowly and steadily. I am considering his proposal. If you have any opinion or proposal, please write it. Sending Candidates to Election of Members of National Parliament of Each Country Any Member of World Party Can Apply to This Project World Party is planning to send candidates to the election of members of National Parliament of each country. The cost for election is paid by the private money of Mr. Toshio Suzuki, the President of World Party and the Editor of this report. At present, only few candidates are possible. Before sending the assistance fund to the candidates of a branch, following conditions must be fulfilled. 1. Write a draft of the Statute of branch of World Party in each country. 2. Hold the Convention of branch of World Party. The number of attendants in the Convention must be at least 10. The draft of Statute is adopted in this Convention. Furthermore, the President of branch of World Party is elected. 3. The amount of deposit of candidate to the the Election Administration Commission must be specified in advance. 4. Remittance of fund for election from foreign countries including Japan is allowed. 5. Directors from foreign countries are allowed to make a campaign for the candidate for the election of National Parliament in the country of branch. If assistance from abroad is difficult, we will think of other measures. Members are required to understand and follow the three principles of World Party.

Mr. Md Mahmudul Hasan, President of World Party Bangladesh and Mr. Md Mozammel Haque Bhuiya, World Party Bangladesh, have paid member fee, 1,000 BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). So, they have become the "A" type member. World Party Japan A. In Japan, the bankruptcy of national finance is a serious problem. This is written in more detail in the World Party Declaration. Debt of government is more than 200% of GDP. In the history of Japan, there were some bankruptcies of national finance. Basically, the bankruptcy occurred under the regime of Shogunate (feudal government of Japan). For example, in 1841, the Shogunate issued an order of cancellation of debt. By the order of cancellation, the debt of member of Shogunate was cancelled. About 30 years later the bankruptcy, the Shogunate collapsed. In the present Japan, national finance is in similar situation. But, there is no bankruptcy of national finance in some countries. For example, there is no bankruptcy in United Kingdom. This is also written in Thomas Piketty's Capital in the Twenty-First Century. As for China and India, Editor is investigating about the national finance of these two countries. It seems that there is no bankruptcy of national finance in China and India in the history of these countries. If this is correct, it may be that China and India have become big countries because there is no bankruptcy of nation finance. This opinion may be wrong. It needs further investigation. The population of China and India is much bigger than that of Japan but China and India are much poorer from the viewpoint of income per capita. So many people think that China and India are inferior to Japan. But it seems that there is no bankruptcy of national finance in China and India and so they have become big countries. It is said that Japan is one of the developed countries in the world. But, as far as national finance is concerned, Japan is a country of savages. Namely, we cannot say that Japan is a civilized country. Then what is the difference between countries with bankruptcy of national finance and countries without it. I think that the difference is quality or property of ruling class or leading class of country. In China and India people in leading class can maintain national finance without the bankruptcy. In Japan, people in leading class cannot do it. This is because political system of Japan is the emperor system. Many people in Japan think that economy of Japan is superior to the economy of China and India. But as far as the national finance is concerned, Japan is not a civilized country. This is due to the property of leading class. So Japan must improve the property of leading class to make Japan a civilized country. As for leading class of each country, the property of leading class is different. Leading class in United Kingdom and USA are the Anglo-Saxons. In China, people in leading class are Han Chinese. In India, the leading class is Aryan. In Japan, people in the leading class are those who worship the emperor. Namely, politics and religion are divided in the above countries without the bankruptcy of national finance, namely, United Kingdom, China, and India. But in Japan, a religious entity, the emperor, is in the political system. Namely, politics and religion are not divided. In other words, politics of Japan is a politics of savages. In the political system where politics and religion are not divided, their policy is religious. So leaders in power give priority to themselves. For example, the defense budget is the highest in history though the national finance of Japan is going bankrupt. This is the basic reason why national bankruptcy sometimes occurred in Japan. Then, why cannot the leading class of Japan maintain the healthy national finance? It is just like that some people want to give up smoking but cannot do it. In other words, thinking and doing are different matters. The leading class of Japan knows that they must stop the accumulation of debt of national finance but cannot do it. So we must bring up new leaders who can reconstruct national finance. This is possible by dividing the politics and religion. Namely, this can be done by abolishing the emperor system and introducing the president system. The influence of the leading class of the country is like that of the president of company. If the president is excellent, that company will grow. This is same for country. If the leading class is excellent, that country will become a bigger country. China and India are examples. Leaders do not need to be perfect. If leaders are better than other leaders, the company will grow and the country will become a bigger country. In case of Japan, it is an island country, so it seems that the politics has become savage politics. So we must abolish the emperor system and introduce the president system. When one of the three following incidents occurred, the debate for politics of Japan that includes the abolition of the emperor system will occur among ordinary people. 1. When a motion of amending the constitution is made to the National Diet. 2. When the state bankruptcy occurred. 3. When the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty is denounced and the U.S. troop withdraws from Japan. But, the emperor will continue to exist after the abolition. I personally hope that the emperor will become a head of religious corporation in the private sector and issue a prize bigger than the Nobel Prize. My opinion that the state bankruptcy has not occurred in the history of China and India may be wrong. If my opinion is wrong, please advise me. B. We must not forget that the most powerful country in the world is the most responsible in the world politics. USA is the most powerful country in the world and bombs other countries without the approval of United Nations. For example, the president of Iraq, Saddam Hussein, was captured and executed in 2006. On the other hand, supreme leader of Libya, Muammar al-Gaddafi was killed in 2011. Islamic State was born in 2014 because USA destroyed the regime of Iraq and Libya. Hussein and Gaddafi were removed because they did not follow USA. This must be stopped. North Korea does not want to become like Iraq and Libya, so they are developing nuclear weapons. The most responsible country for the wars and conflicts in the world is the country that has the strongest military forces. If USA respects the United Nations, other country cannot ignore it. C. Draft or revised edition of "World Party Declaration", "World Party Statute", "World Parliament Statute", and "Constitution of World Federation" are shown on the Internet. Seminar in Bangladesh Mr. Md Mahmudul Hasan, President of World Party Bangladesh, organized a seminar and invited Toshio Suzuki, the President of World Government Institute, World Party, World Citizen Network. It was held on 31 October 2018 on "International Law on the Illegal Settlements of Israel over Palestine Territory" (Following the UN Security Council Resolution No : 2334 of 2016) at Supreme Court Bar Association, Hall No: 01, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Chief Guest was Mr. Toshio Suzuki, World Party Japan. Attendants were about 40-50. Several speakers spoke their opinion on the topic, Illegal Settlement. Actually, the problem of illegal settlement of Palestine must be recognized. Mr. Suzuki distributed 1. There was a big progress. Constitution of World Party Bangladesh and MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) have been written by Mr. Hasan. They are signed by Mr Suzuki and Mr. Hasan and were enforced. MOU says that the World Party and the World Party Bangladesh are legally independent organizations but they are in cooperation. This relation is same as the relation between the World Party and the World Party Japan. New Facebook, World Party Bangladesh, has been made. Web page for the World Party Bangladesh will be made before long. Now the World Party Bangladesh has officially started. Preparation in Nepal I could enjoy trip in Nepal. I met many friendly people from Nepal and all over the world. I stayed in a dormitory of cheap hotel. So I could have fiends in the dormitory. In Nepal, when I inputted password of Wi-Fi into iPhone, the iPhone froze. I could not use it at all. But the iPhone recovered when I returned to Japan. I could use Android cell phone only. World Party Japan In Japan, the bankruptcy of national finance is a serious problem. This is written in more detail in the World Party Declaration. Debt of government is more than 200% of GDP. In the history of Japan, there were some bankruptcies of national finance. Basically, the bankruptcy occurred under the regime of Shogunate (feudal government of Japan). For example, in 1841, the Shogunate issued an order of cancellation of debt. By the order of cancellation, the debt of member of Shogunate was cancelled. About 30 years later the bankruptcy, the Shogunate collapsed. In the present Japan, national finance is in similar situation. But, there is no bankruptcy of national finance in some countries. For example, there is no bankruptcy in United Kingdom. This is also written in Thomas Piketty's "Capital in the Twenty-First Century". As for China and India, Editor is investigating about the national finance of these two countries. It seems that there is no bankruptcy of national finance in China and India in the history of these countries. If this is correct, it may be that China and India have become big countries because there is no bankruptcy of nation finance. This opinion may be wrong. It needs further investigation. The population of China and India is much bigger than that of Japan but China and India are much poorer from the viewpoint of income per capita. So many people think that China and India are inferior to Japan. But it seems that there is no bankruptcy of national finance in China and India and so they have become big countries. It is said that Japan is one of the developed countries in the world. But, as far as national finance is concerned, Japan is a country of savages. Namely, we cannot say that Japan is a civilized country. Then what is the difference between countries with bankruptcy of national finance and countries without it. I think that the difference is quality or property of ruling class or leading class of country. In China and India people in leading class can maintain national finance without the bankruptcy. In Japan, people in leading class cannot do it. This is because political system of Japan is the emperor system. Many people in Japan think that economy of Japan is superior to the economy of China and India. But as far as the national finance is concerned, Japan is not a civilized country. This is due to the property of leading class. So Japan must improve the property of leading class to make Japan a civilized country. As for leading class of each country, the property of leading class is different. Leading class in United Kingdom and USA are the Anglo-Saxons. In China, people of leading class are Han Chinese. In India, leading class is Aryan. In Japan, people of the leading class are those who worship the emperor. Namely, politics and religion are divided in the above countries without the bankruptcy of national finance, namely, United Kingdom, China, and India. But in Japan, a religious entity, the emperor, is in the political system. Namely, politics and religion are not divided. So we must abolish the emperor system. Debate for the abolition will begin when the following three incidents occur in Japan. 1. When a motion of amending the constitution is made to the National Diet. 2. When the state bankruptcy occurred. 3. When the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty is denounced and the U.S. troop withdraws from Japan. When one of these three occurred, the debate for politics of Japan that includes the abolition of the emperor system will occur among ordinary people. Actually, Japan must abolish the emperor system and introduce the President System. But, the emperor will continue to exist even after the abolition. I personally hope that the emperor will become a head of religious corporation in the private sector and issue a prize bigger than the Nobel Prize. Furthermore, we must not forget that the most powerful country in the world is the most responsible in the world politics. USA is the most powerful country in the world and bombs other countries without the approval United Nations. Islamic state was born because USA destroyed the regime of Iraq and Libya. This must be stopped. My opinion that state bankruptcy has not occurred in the history of China and India may be wrong. If my opinion is wrong, please advise me. Dear World Citizen, Sending Candidates to Election of Members of National Parliament of Each Country Any Member of World Party Can Apply to This Project World Party is planning to send candidates to the election of members of National Parliament of each country. The cost for election is paid by the private money of Mr. Toshio Suzuki, the President of World Party and the Editor of this report. At present, only few candidates are possible. Before sending the candidates, following conditions must be fulfilled 1. A branch statute must be established. The statute is adopted in the convention of branch. 2. The President of branch must be elected. The President of branch can be elected in the convention of branch. The number of attendants must be at least 10. 3. The amount of deposit of candidate to the the Election Administration Commission must be specified in advance. 4. Remittance of fund for election from Japan is allowed. When the convention of branch is held and the President of branch is elected, the Editor will attend it. If the President of branch is elected and a member of the branch stands for the election of members of the National Parliament of her/his country, the Editor will consider paying the necessary cost for election. The host was Mr. Kongjak Jaidee, an activist in Thailand. Facebook is World Unification Club. About 50 people attended.

Global Challenges Foundation Global Challenges Foundation in Sweden proposes a very good project. Mr. Laszlo Szombatfalvy, founder and chairman, proposes "The Global Challenges Prize 2017" whose amount is US$5 million. Sweden is a country of Alfred Nobel who issued the Nobel Prize. This prize is awarded to people or groups that propose a good idea for world. Every one can register with it. I will try this. If we get some fund, following things are possible. 1. At least one member from each branch is invited to the World Party Convention. 2. Each branch can receive the fund to send candidates to the election of national diet member of each country. Branches World Party Bangladesh There is a serious problem with regard to the Joint Conference of Bangladesh People's Democratic Party (BPDP) and World Party that was held in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 10 October 2015. Thus he is doing very fraudulent works. In a word, he is a fraud man who wants to use the World Party for his work for broker for people who want to work in Japan. I warned him that if he does not solve this problem, I will take some actions as shown in the above mail. This monthly report is a predicted action as the Step 3. If he does not answer, I will take the Step 4. We cannot remove him without following the World Party Statute. We can remove him at the World Party Convention. But the next Convention is in 2019. So I write this report. As written in the mail above, he has to chose one option from the following two options. 1. Recognize what he did and apologize for it 2. Quit the World Party If he recognizes what he did and apologizes for it, everything is OK. He can be a member of World Party without being criticized. If he quits the World Party, also, everything is OK. But he has not answered to this question yet. I would like to show the three principles of World Party. It is: 1. The first priority is the benefits of world as a whole or the benefits of society as a whole. Benefits of party come after that. If the world becomes better, our country will become better. If our country becomes better, our life will become better. 2. There must not be lie with regard to the policy of World Party. 3. There must not be corruption in the World Party. We must be strict with regard to fund. World Party is dedicated to the establishment of World Federation. So we must get the confidence of people. And so, we must remove inappropriate members. Mr. Uddin is a member of World Party Bangladesh but does not answer to my question. This is an evil. If we find an evil, we must announce it to society. Visiting Japan Some members are interested in visiting Japan. I am planning to invite members from World Party Ghana and World Party Bangladesh to the Third World Party Convention in 2019. Now I am saving fund for invitation. But inviting for the visit to Japan is financially impossible. But, if members visit Japan I will guide them to offices of political party that are around the National Diet building. Or, other events are possible. In Japan, economic situation is hard. Debt of government is 230% of GDP. This is the worst among developed countries. Furthermore, LDP (Liberal Democratic Party) is trying to amend the constitution. I think stream of age will change when one of the following three incidents occurred. 1. When a motion of amending the constitution is made to the National Diet. 2. When the state bankruptcy occurred. 3. When the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty is denounced and the U.S. troop withdraws from Japan When one of the above three incidents occur, debate on the politics of Japan that includes a debate on the abolition of emperor system will occur among ordinary people of Japan. Present strategy is to unite and get the confidence of people. If people trust us, some people may donate fund for election. At present, our web site [ http://www.w-g.jp/ ] is administered by Editor (Toshio Suzuki) because Editor is paying the necessary cost. But in the future, if we get enough funds to maintain the website and necessary activity, Editor donates the ownership of website. The owner can be a legal person but the owner must reside in Japan. Future Vision Our basic movements are 1. Our members stand for the election of the members of National Parliament of each country. 2. We promote the movements of establishing the World Federation by holding the World Patty Convention or committee. The Third World Party Convention will be held in 2019, and the Fourth World Party Convention will be held in 2023. If anyone in World Party wants to organize the Convention, please write to the headquarters. As written in the World Party Statute, the Convention is approved regardless of the number of participants as far as the Convention is noticed at least one year before the Convention and the venue is not difficult to access. The venue for the Third World Party Convention must be decided by the end of 2018. The most important object of the World Party Convention is to adopt the World Party Declaration. The President of World Party, Mr. Toshio Suzuki (Editor), wants to bring up young leaders. Editor has a vision that the World Party will exist 1,000 years after. If the World Party exists 1,000 years after, it will be a common sense in the world. So the Editor wants to bring up young leaders. He declared that he will not stand for the presidency in the election of the Third World Party Convention if other members stand for the election. When a member stands for the presidency, her or his branch must have the statute of the branch and there must be the President of the branch elected following the statute. For example, when a member of the World Party USA stands for the election of the President of World Party, World Party USA must have the statute and there must be the President who were elected following the statute. World Party Japan Statute is an example of the statute of branch. Furthermore, committee can be held anytime. President of World Party will go to the country where a committee is held and discuss with people there. Type of Members As shown in the Branch List of World Party, members are classified as follows. A. Registered with the next World Party Convention and paid-up as a member of each branch of World Party. B. Registered with the next World Party Convention but not paid-up as a member of each branch of World Party. C. Not registered with the next World Party Convention but paid-up as a member of each branch of World Party. D. Not registered with the next World Party Convention and not paid-up as a member of each branch of World Party. Or, name is not publicized. But address needs not be publicized. Votes of Branches World Party Convention will be held once in four yearns. The First World Party Convention was held in Ghana in 2011, the Second World Party Convention was held in Bangladesh in 2015, and the Third World Party Convention will be held in 2019. Important point is that delegates for the Convention must get registered with the World Party at least 1 year before the Convention. Members already on the branch list of World Party need not register. They have been already registered. As written in the statute, the number of delegates is also important. Total number of delegates is basically 1,000. The number of delegates from each branch is in proportion to population. This calculation is shown in the Branch List of World Party. For example, the world population in 2011 was 6,950,737.8 thousand. On the other hand, the population of Bangladesh was 150,494.0 thousand. So, seats apportioned to World Party Bangladesh is 21.65. The first decimal place is not zero. So it is rounded up to 22.00. So the seats are 22. Twenty-two delegates multiplied by 3 is 66. So, 66 members can be registered. From among this 66 registered members, 22 members can attend the Convention as the delegates. For the detail of votes of each branch, please see Article 14 Votes of Each Country in the World Party Statute. Furthermore, there is an important condition. If there is a problem in a registered member, other registered members may object to the registered member. When a registered member objects to another registered member, the member who objects shall send a document of objection with her or his name and clearly specified reason to the President of World Party. If the objections reach 5 percent of total votes of all the registered members, the President shall send the documents to each registered member, and a motion to dismiss the objected registered member shall be made in the Convention. In the Convention, when the attending delegates, with more than half of the total votes of attending delegates, object to the dismissal, the objected registered member shall not be dismissed. Otherwise, the objected registered member shall be dismissed even if the objections by document are only 5 percent of total votes of registered members.
