世界市民ネットワークは、政党の力による世界政府の樹立を支持する個人と団体のネットワークです。当ネットワークは、某活動家からの世界党への提案にもとづき、１９９８年１０月３０日に発表されました。現在、ネットワークの本部と会長は決められていません。メンバーは、メンバーリストに示されています。どのメンバーも会費を支払っていません。

１０月３０日：世界市民党ネットワーク発表。同時にスターライフ・グローバル・コスミック・サービス（Starlife
Global & Cosmic Services）（スエーデン）と世界党日本（World
Party Japan）が加入。
