Mr. Klaus Schlichtmann sent me a mail and a paper. They are shown in
"A Statesman for the Twenty-First Century?"

This paper is concerned with a Japanese statesman Kijuro Shidehara. When the World War II ended, the constitution of Japan had to be amended. Shidehara suggested the article 9 which declares the abolition of military force and the renunciation of war.
