IALANA is an international association of lawyers opposed to nuclear arms. IALANA is going to have a briefing session on the general meeting of IALANA held in Rome. Especially, the discussion on the HAPP 99, Hague Appeal for Peace 1999, is reported. HAPP 99 is held in Hague in Holland in 1999 and events like peace conference and other discussions for world peace are scheduled.
