I received a following mail from a person who seems to be religion related. Religion and the world government movement have a close relation. Yours sincerely, Toshio Suzuki ****************************************************** Subject: Re: A proposal from a Japanese Date: Wed, 17 Jun 1998 22:27:18 -0700 (PDT) From: Steven Wu To: toshio-suzuki@ma3.justnet.ne.jpDear Mr. Suzuki: I want to thank you for posting your comments about the Nanjing incident on the Japanese War Crimes discussion bulletin. While I do not know what really took place in Nanjing 60 years ago, it was refreshing to read your well reasoned and rational comments about Nanjing and the Sino-Japan war. But it was your idea about a world government that prompted me to write to you. As a Baha'i, I also believe in a world government and that we are ultimately part of one human family, regardless of our race and nationality. Like you, we are working to promote the ideas of one world government and one world economic system with the ultimate goal of bringing about justice for all people. If you would like, please feel free to visit the Baha'i web page at http://www.bahai.com Thank you for sharing your comments and your web page with us. Best wishes, Steve Wu ****************************************************** Subject: Re: A proposal from a Japanese Date: Mon, 22 Jun 1998 15:11:34 +0900 From: Toshio-Suzuki To: Steven Wu , Toshio Suzuki WORLD GOVERNMENT INSTITUTE Institute to Establish the World Government http://www3.justnet.ne.jp/~toshio-suzuki/ mailto:toshio-suzuki@ma3.justnet.ne.jp Dear Steve Wu, Thank your for a reply. The world government and religion are in harmony. I am not a priest but my religion is Buddhism. I did not know your region. There are some groups promoting the world government movement in Japan. They are, for example, United World Federalist of Japan, a group composed of National Diet members, and a group of religious people. Many of the members of religious people are Buddhist priests. You are religious people. So you may know the "Religion Summit" held in Japan few years ago. People spend 20 years for the preparation of the Summit. Many religion related people gathered to the summit from all over the world. Those religious people are also promoting world government movement. I forward our mails to the forum and the mailing list of my site. Some members of mailing list are religious people. Some people will visit your site. Yours sincerely, Toshio Suzuki |
