May I ask you about your World Government idea? Does it have any
connection with the report of UN Commission On Global Governance
(Ramphal-Carlson comission, 1996) "Our Common Neighbourhood"? I am
really interested in this issue and would like to carry out a seminar
on this topic next year in Moscow.

I work for a Russian youth NGO, called International Discussion Club
(IDC). Our field of activity is development of international contacts
and youth exchanges. We are NOT a debating society, we are an action
orientated peoples' initiative. Now IDC has branches in Moscow,
St.Petersburg, Minsk, Novorossiysk and Murmansk.
We organize international seminars and exchanges, courses in Russian
language and culture, since 1990 we carry out an environmental
program, in 1993, 95, 96 we invited international observers to
Russian elections. So, we have quite a wide spectrum of interests.

owner send his mail. I have already visited your site and sent a mail
to you in March this year. I am a member of your mailing list

Your group is action oriented. It is very good. My site has an action
section "World Party." My work has no direct relation with United
Nations. The world government is not the world governance.
I am very glad to know that you are interested in this topic and
going to have a seminar on this topic. Progress my work is written in
