Dear Sir,

I have visited your site "Cyber Party." My name is Toshio Suzuki, a
Japanese. I am living in Japan. I would like to inform you that I have
a home page for the establishment of World Government which is shown
above. This is a private institute to establish the World Government.
Basic thought of this institute is written in the paper "International
Party for the World Government" which is in my home page. The basic
thought is to establish the International Party consisting of a
headquarters party in one country and branch parties in each country.
International Parties in each country has a common policy. The common
policy is to conduct the election to elect the representatives to the
World Parliament. And the number of representatives from each country
is in proportion to population. This International Party fights the
election insisting its basic policy in each country and, after getting
the power, conducts the election.
The World Party is an International Party based on the paper
"International Party for the World Government." The World Government
Institute is, so to speak, a discussion section of the world government
movement. On the other hand, the World Party is an action section.

world. I have already received some replies. They are shown in "World
Government Movement in Japan" which is also in my home page. Progress
of work of this institute is written in this page.
The movement of establishing the World Government will not occur
immediately. This plan is on the stage to get understood by people. I
would like you to understand and remember this thought. I expect
collaboration in the future.

oriented. Is that related Teledemocracy something? I mean your project.

Dear Mr. Simon,

Thank you for your reply. I have visited you site in English. I
cannot read Korean, so I could not know the content of forum. I also
want to know the "Cyber Party."
Let me explain my work. My work is composed of two parts. One is
World Government Institute and the other is World Party. Former work is
to inform the idea and latter work is to form an international party and
send candidates to the election in each country. Therefore, I am
informing the idea of international party to political groups and
organizations in the world. Some people showed interest. Their mails
are shown in "World Government Movement in Japan," or in "Conference
Room," or in "Archives of Mailing List", etc.
Some people wrote that the intentional party is a very good idea. But,
as you wrote, it is just idea right now. The history of my work is very
short. World Government Institute was published in May 1997 and World
Party was published in February 1998. So I must take some time to know
the result.
If existing parties adopts the policy of international party, they are
authorized as an international party. If so, the World Party is not
necessary. Otherwise, the international party like World Party is
necessary. So, if the Cyber Party adopts the policy of international
party, it is authorized as an international party and listed in the
"Member List."
And, if the world government is established, the international party
will become necessary. So, I have founded the World Party. But until
now no body joined the party. I cannot do anything without
collaborator. But if many people join the World Party, I will take
action to send the candidates.
Our mails will be published in "Conference Room," "Mailing List," and
"World Government Movement in Japan," if there is no objection within
few days after you come back from trip. Some people will visit your
site.
