My name is Toshio Suzuki, a Japanese. I am living in Japan. I would like to inform you that I have a home page for the establishment of World Government which is shown above. This is a private institute to establish the World Government.
Basic thought of this institute is written in the paper "International Party for the World Government" which is in my home page. The basic thought is to establish the International Party consisting of a headquarter party in one country and branch parties in each country. International Parties in each country has a common policy. The common policy is to conduct the election to elect the representatives to the World Parliament. And the number of representatives from each country is in proportion to population. This International Party fights the election insisting its basic policy in each country and, after getting the power, conducts the election.
The World Party is an international party based on the paper "International Party for the World Government." The World Government Institute is, so to speak, a discussion section of the world government movement. On the other hand, the World Party is and action section. Please visit also

I am sending this mail to world government related organizations in the world. I have already received some replies. They are shown in "World Government Movement in Japan" which is also in my home page. Progress of work of this institute is written in this page.
The movement of establishing the World Government will not occur immediately. This plan is on the stage to get understood by people. I would like you to understand and remember this thought. I expect collaboration in the future.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for a reply. The basic difference between the World Government and the United Nations is the number of representatives and the way to choose the delegates. For example the representative from Russia to United nations is decided by the Russian government. He is not elected by people. But in the World Government, he is elected by people. And the number of representative is one in every country. But in the World Government, the number is in proportion to population. I would like you read the messages in
