The World Government Institute is an institute dedicated to the establishment of World Government. I would like to inform you that WFM, World Federalist Movement, is going to have a 23rd World Congress in India. WFM is an NGO dedicated to the establishment of World Federation by evolving the United nations. WFM has the chapters in 20 countries including India. The schedule of congress is as follows.

World Congress at Taji Coramandel Hotel, Chennai (former Madras)

I do not know whether or not non-member of WFM can participate the Congress. I will report it later.
