Dear Mr. Suzuki.

I am sorry that you recieved no information from our web page other
than a seasons greetings. We are currently reconstructing our web page
so that it may have a better appearence and impact on all those who read
it. Upon recieving this letter you may visit our web page to see some of
the new information about government that has been added to our page.
Plus we were closed for the holidays here. Again, Sorry for
any inconvienience.

As the number of people that are involved the government in a direct or
indirect way is 1,250. We are not a militant group.
The Constitution that we have is The Constitution for the Federation of
Earth that was ammended at The World Constitent Assembly in Troia,
Portugal in 1991, of which we have renamed it to The Constitution Of The
Federal Republic Of The Federation Of Earth. This Constitution serves as
the structure of this government. The Movement toward a One World
Government is the most important political movement of the ages that
will not be silenced and I am here to make sure that it does not get
silenced at all. That is why we must all band together now while we
still have hope and a chance to do so. As for me I am very serious
in my intentions for this government because this government is on the
move for you and the entire world to bring about world peace a world
peace that a Japanese poet described as a velvet footed peace, a peace
that leaves us free from the fear of war. Also a stable
and exceedingly strong economy, and good strong government by the people
that the people will be proud for for generations to come. I am
35 years old and exceedingly intelligent in politics, economics,
history, and religon.

I hope that accept my proposal for your organization to join our
government of which will be a great benifit for the both of us and the
world. You seem to be a sincere person with great integrity that of
which I greatly admire and I would be proud to have you in Our
Government.

I think, the world government movement is trial and error. For
example, USSR, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, can be mentioned.
When President of USA John F. Kennedy and Prime Minister of USSR Nikita
Khrushchov met, Khrushchov said that communism will unite the world.
But this trial has failed, at least in USSR. Another example is the
Constitution for the Federation of Earth. This constitution was
proposed by WCPA, World Constitution and Parliament Association. The
process to establish the World Government is proposed in this
constitution. This plan was implemented by WCPA. I think, WCPA is not
developing recently. But every earnest trial is worthwhile.
The organization to which I belong is UWFJ, United World Federalist of
Japan. Explanation about this organization is written in

UWFJ is a Japanese chapter of WFM, World Federalist Movement. As you
know, WFM is trying to establish the World Federation by evolving the
United Nations. I am a member of UWFJ but I propose a different process
to establish the World Government. World Government Institute is a home
page publishing my proposal and progress of work. I would like you to
read "International Party for the World Government." A new process to
establish the World Government is proposed there.
I think, our opinion on the process is different but our spirit is
common. We must understand with each other and collaborate. I will
send your proposal to the officer of UWFJ. But they will not agree to
join your organization immediately. As for me, I will compromise and
collaborate when it is necessary.
Important mails are disclosed in the mailing list and the conference
room of World Government Institute. Our mails will be forwarded to them
if there is no objection within few days.
